everyone is welcome here

THE CHARMERS CLUB is a local community organization focused on supporting small and micro businesses in Baltimore, MD. TCC is run by two small business owners that believe in directly investing in the community we are a part of.

Our goal is to provide local small businesses with opportunities for exposure and visibility through pop up markets and events. We also hope to provide a positive and supportive environment to lift up other local creatives.

THE CHARMERS CLUB organizes, plans and works with venues of all sizes to host events throughout the city. We consider the accessibility for vendors a top priority and are determined to provide equitable access. We specifically curate markets with a mix of vendors, carefully selecting small businesses with a focus on diversity in all forms.

shop small, local, sustainable.

We value a shopping experience that gives you one-of-a-kind treasures while bringing the community together. Our values ultimately help us all make more thoughtful purchases and invest directly in our community.

Here’s a small snapshot of the benefits of shopping SMALL, LOCAL & SUSTAINABLE:

  • Help to build and strengthen our socially vibrant community by getting to know your neighbors and supporting each other. We love meeting and interacting with the community and fostering a sense of safety and belonging.
  • Feel confident supporting local businesses that in turn support other community charities and causes, helping to ensure positive impacts are made by those who live and serve the community they are a part of.
  • Be kind to the environment by reducing travel emissions associated with shipping products, packaging waste and landfill waste when shopping preloved goods.
  • Create a thriving market for our local economy by cycling money back into the community and creating local job opportunities for varied economic growth.
  • Find superior quality, unique products and responsive customer service from small businesses that specialize in providing premium handcrafted and hand selected items.

where it all started

THE CHARMERS CLUB started as a simple endeavor from two Baltimore small business owners looking to strengthen and support their local small business community. Inspired by their peers’ hard work and creativity, TCC set out to offer additional pop up market opportunities for vendors.

In August 2022, The Charmers Club hosted its first ever market event at Waverly Brewing in Baltimore, MD and since then has continued to host regular market events in venues big and small including Ministry of Brewing, The Royal Blue, Guilford Hall Brewery, Mt. Royal Soaps, Heavy Seas Brewery and more.
