Applications are posted for each market approximately one month in advance and will be announced via email newsletter and an open call on Instagram.

We review all applications in detail by reviewing applicants’ social media presence and websites to get a clear picture of what they sell. We take time to sort applicants and curate vendors we feel would be a good fit for each event and venue. We make sure to prioritize first time vendors while keeping a balance of products and styles.

While some of our events do require vendor fees based on the needs of the venue, we strive to have the lowest vendor fee possible. For the majority of our markets, there is no vending fee for first time vendors and we request a returning vendor fee at a suggested sliding scale, starting at $0. All fees contributed are used to help us pay for our promotional materials and paid social media ads.

We generally receive 100+ applications per market and unfortunately can’t accept everyone who applies. We do however, do our best to cycle in new vendors for every event and encourage applicants to apply in the future and reach out to us directly if they have any questions.
